There are two sets of telemann duets published by barenreiter (2 vols each set) that are for two equal instruments (they sound good on 2 oboes but would easily work on flute and oboe), which are wonderful and not too challenging (just remember to breathe!). One set is just called six sonatas and the other is six canonic sonatas (which are exactly as they say - each movement is a perfect canon). They're really good fun to play.
There's also lots of flute duets by quantz which don't go too stratospherically high - I can't remember which I've got at home - had a quick look online there seem to be Op 2, Op3 and Op5. Each one is a set of six. The ones I have I think are published by Nova.
If you want to browse further, I'd suggest looking at June Emerson's website (www.juneemerson.co.uk) - she's got an amazing selection of wind music for every conceivable combination.
