 Ebay - Sax Oboe?

Hey,

I haven't posted here in a while, but .. I was surfing through oboe stuff on ebay and found this:

a "sax oboe" .. it's crazy. Have y'all seen these before? When I saw the mouthpiece I remembered all the talk about *single* oboe reeds, because that's what the case is here. Heh, nice price on it ..
What are y'alls thoughts on this?
