If you go to the paper clips section of your local Staples/Office Depot type store they should have brass 3" paper clips that you can slide onto pages and will weigh the pages enough that the wind will not blow the pages around. Just flip pages as normal.

I prefer using a 3 ring binder with these clips so that the center is secured and you just need to secure the outside edges with a clip or two.
