I assume both are around the £300 mark, though the Rene Duval one (probably made by Orsi or Prestini) is the better of the two - the Corton is a copy, but has a large top joint bore which can cause problems with the low notes from E downwards, making them 'bubble' (sounding like you're gurgling with water) so you'll have to adjust your reeds and embouchure to control this.
Instead of buying outright, see if you can rent an oboe for a few months to see how you get on, and more importantly, get a specialist oboe teacher right from the start so they can sort out your embouchure, breathing and reeds, getting you to do these things correctly from the word go is better than getting into bad habits that need to be corrected later on.
