Actually right now, I would say the best machine out on the Market is Robert Driscoll's machine. I've heard about the Graf and the Ross machines and they sound like they are definately harder to gouge with than Mr. Driscoll's machine. What makes Mr. Driscoll's machine great is that it can be adjusted very easily if you like your sides a little bit thinner or thicker or if you have a piece of cane that you gouge first .61 mm in the center you can just turn a knob just a tiny tiny bit and you can put the blade in more. So I would definately try and contact Mr. Driscoll also his machines are very fairly priced. http://opus1gouger.com/

CHRIS

P.S. You can get in contact with him through his website! GOOD LUCK!
