[Very, very occasionally I'll delete a post on request from a poster. In this case Lori goofed and thought that an on-line company was spying on her because of a follow-up email, but in reality she had shared some info unintentionally.

It's a good lesson, though. Be careful what you fill out on-line. Companies (my new one included) try to put 2 + 2 together so we have an idea of our customers wants and needs and I know that it's disconcerting when you get a message targeted directly at you!]

[didn't delete this one - life's too short for bad reeds, too ...]

Lori - just focus on enjoying playing the clarinet - life's too short to worry about stuff ups like these. They happen to us all!

Of course, if you called for a catalog, you would have received a phone call instead. The easy part is that you can "block sender" on your email. However, do realize that all of this is in part a result of "the public" wanting more "service"...well, now "they" have it. The email may have been a standard email sent to new catalog recipients. You could stay online and receive, perhaps, online sales specials. The "delete" button is only a finger away.

Yeah Lorie, at least you don't get personal's addressed to "Dear Robert" offering in one day, "cheap Viagra", "long-term medical care" and "pre-paid burial plans." I guess it's all a matter of age?? Hang in there!!
