Has anyone noticed the remarkable acoustical properties of music shops?
Whenever I try a new instrument or mouthpiece they always sound terrific in the shop, it's only after I've paid for them and got them home or into a concert-hall that I realise how awful they really are!
I think ALL concerts should be held in shops to guarantee a truly satisfying experience for performers and audience.
