Everything I'm seeing online, they all start around $13 - $17 EACH. I'm seeing some that friggin' $25-$30. I'm like geez dog, it's a stupid dinky little metal thing that prolly costs $3 to make. So what's the deal? Is there a way to get these without being ripped off?

The best ones are made from aerospace-grade carbon fiber so the resonance can be amplified throughout the entire instrument, producing a richer, warmer, more focused sound with improved projection and tonal complexity.
Of course, for maximum performance, you'll want the cryogenically treated, hand-polished, acoustically optimized model with directional carbon-fiber weave. Those start at $149.95.
Actually at that price, you can buy a lyre on Amazon and get a whole other clarinet-shaped-object AND white gloves! :D
The $3 ones just hold your music.
Here, this one is $10:

Ridenour AureA Bb clarinet
Ridenour Artist MT36 mouthpiece
Vandoren Optimum black ligature (plate 1)
Vandoren Traditional #3.5 reeds
Brad Behn HR adjustable barrel

Johnny,
Are you just expressing shock at the prices or do you really need one?
I tried to send you a personal email, but, yours wasn't listed.
The one David Kinder referred you to has a 52% one star rating.
Mine in the photo is around 40 yrs old and is incredibly solid.
If you really need it, it's free.
Just send me a personal email.
