Hi all.
Had the chance to pick up an old Selmer with matching serial numbers for $500. Great shape.
Serial numbers are K6836.
I guess the other thing I am wondering is the model name. It says "Selmer Paris) on all parts. Is it a Centered tone? Is it a Balanced Tone
Does that mean anything to anyone?
Any help appreciated.

That's from around 1927-1928 - most likely a Radio Improved.

No, it's just a "K series." Some -- including myself -- hold these as the best swing era Selmers. The bore was slightly smaller and the wood was ... woodier (?!). They are marvelous players. Treasure it.
