numbers on keys for fingerings

could somebody kindly remind me what keys/ touches these numbers (image attached) relate to, I'm searching around in vain for a reference...
the numbers are 2,4, 10 and 12

What notes are they supposed to produce? If they're altissimo fingerings, 2 is probably the left hand Eb/Bb side key, 4 is probably the RH pinky Ab/Eb key, 10 is probably the throat G# and 12 is the register key.
They look like fingerings for [F6]

Karl,
I think you got it right, exc. for the 2 - it is the right Eb/Bb side key.
I actually never played the F using this fingering- thanks for the tip.

That's actually what I meant. I typed too fast.

I don't use it on a Bb clarinet, but it works well on an Eb and tends to tune well.

On my setup the E/B is flat, but F#/C# is quite nicely in tune (added to 0XX|000). In case there is some logic in those numbers, No. 1 could be the key affecting the lowest tone hole (E/B), No. 2 the second lowest (F#/C#), etc (No. 10 for the throat G# would still suit this scheme, but No. 12 as the register key would omit the two uppermost trill keys - so not quite sure about this kind of logic...).

Anyway, try for yourself what works on your setup, those fingerings are just suggestions.

The correct answer is:

2 is the F#/C# key
4 is the Ab/Eb key
10 is the throat A key (the G# key is 9)

The other pinky keys are:
1 is the E/B key
3 is the F/C key

The order for 1,2,3,4 does not follow ascending notes or the order of the key on a circle.
These numbers are often accompanied by L or R (or G / D, as this nomenclature is quite common in France) in order to precise which hand actuates the key.
