You've got a K series Albert or simple system which is from the 'Radio Improved' era. It's a fairly basic model with a side Eb/Bb key and the side F/C key also closes the top joint ring keys which I've not seen on other simple/Albert systems.
It's not a system used much now, but there are some players who still prefer using Albert/simple system clarinets for trad Jazz as they have larger main action toneholes compared to Boehm systems and are therefore less resistant in the lower register.
Selmer offered their Albert systems in various forms from the basic 13 key instruments through to their 'Improved Albert system' which was loaded up with extra ring keys and other gadgets, just as they offered standard Boehm systems with 17keys and 6 rings through to full Boehms with 20 keys and 7 rings (as well as full Mazzeo and Marchi systems with even more keywork than that).
