If I can throw my opinion in the ring...

I purchased a Prestige R-13 B-flat from Liam Burke /Burke Woodwinds in NYC in 2021. I wasn't able to make it to his shop so he sent me 4 beautiful instruments. He was great to deal with and was super responsive to emails/questions. After I selected the clarinet, I sent it back to him so that he could set it up which was included with the purchase (a $500 value). He went above and beyond, catching some roughly cut tone holes and sanding and sealing them. We also had agreed on an additional fee to repad the clarinet with Valentino pads.

I was so impressed with his work that I signed up for his repair subscription. I just got my horns back from his COA service in the fall. The work he did on my set is first rate. Highly recommended.
