Hello everyone! This is my first post and I have an assignment for a college course I am taking where we have to write takedowns of either a scene from a film score or a video game track that features our main instrument. Mine is clarinet, of course, and while I know there are plenty of great film pieces featuring clarinet, the tougher part is finding a video game track.
If anyone has any video game tracks they know of they could contribute that would be great--- or if you can't but have a film score you can think of that would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know <3

How about "Boogie Man" by Sid Phillips and his band in the video game Fallout 3. Definitely one of my favorite swing clarinet feature pieces. It is not originally from the video game, but rather a 1940s swing tune that got rolled into the video game. Don't know whether that fits your assignment, but it's one hell of a swinging clarinet piece. You can find it on YouTube at

Does a mobile game with only a few notes played on clarinet qualify? If so, then there is a free such horse jumping game made by my wife on Google Play called Jump! - but search for byTiny to find it directly. For a clear jumping round there is a short fanfare and if the horse refuses there is a short "anti-fanfare", all played by me

Grant Kirkhope's Peach's Castle has lots of clarinet (and is a great tune too!)

I did a tour playing music from various versions of "Final Fantasy" and there seemed to be lots of clarinet activity.... I can't direct you to the various bits of the game though sorry.
