 Intonation. Teeth versus no teeth

I found it interesting phenomenon on my B-flat clarinet as I’m practicing. If my teeth are on the top of the mouthpiece and I have a relaxed embouchure or an appropriate Embouchure the pitch can be a little high. But, when I play double lip and remove my teeth from the mouthpiece the pitch lowers. I can also go back and forth of teeth on and teeth off without changing anything and the pitch will rise with the teeth in the mouthpiece. What’s going on???

For one thing, you're opening your mouth at least slightly for teeth off, producing a slightly greater internal oral volume, which would lower the pitch slightly. For another, you're probably pressing a little more against the reed when you put your teeth on the mouthpiece, which can raise the pitch.
