It looks like a Lelandais stencil from the 60's. I had similar ones stamped 'Lacroix'. The style of ligature lines is also the same. Would be great to see more pics about the facing and the throat though.

Based on the width of the table it is a Babbitt blank. It looks like it could be a decent mouthpiece. Babbitt makes some very good mouthpieces.

Let me rephrase - It COULD be a Babbitt blank. The chamber/baffle look a bit shallow so the sound may be a shade bright. The rails are too wide in the back towards the table. Feel free in sending it to me. I'll measure it if needed at no charge.

Hi Bob,
Unfortunately I do not own this. Took some photos of someone else’s mouthpiece that I really like but couldn’t make out what Mouthpiece it was.
The owner said it was a H Freeman Mouthpiece same as the connetable mouthpieces.

I don't know about the Conntable mouthpiece, but if you're looking for an H. Freeman with the same logo shown in the photo, these turn up on the famous auction site at least a few times each year, usually coupled with an old H. Freeman wooden clarinet. If you search that site (the USA version) now, for "Vintage Clarinet H. Freeman, NY", you just might find one. Sometimes the seller can be negotiated into selling the mouthpiece without the clarinet, and sometimes, not; but it's always worth a try. If you have trouble finding this, contact me. Of course no one can guarantee that any particular H. Freeman mouthpiece will play exactly like the one you liked.
