The Clarinet BBoard

Hi,
I just acquired a used Buffet-Crampon B flat clarinet, and I suspect it's a E11.
Here is the info I have:
Serial number: 944074
The logo is painted, not engraved.
It says "Made in Germany".
It looks like it's grenadilla wood, but it doesn't look like it has been covered with black paint.
It sounds like it might be 442 Hz-pitched.
The keys look nickel-plated.
My guess is it's a 2008 Germany-made E11.
Any other opinions?
Thank you!

Also, here is another question:
Can I use a slightly longer barrel to make it 440-pitched?
Best,

Other infos :
It has an adjustable thumb rest - so it might be a E12.

Also: its bell has a metal ring at the bottom.

E12 was silver-plated.
E11 may have adjustable thumb rest too.
