Bay clarinet mouthpiece query...

Hi there,
I'm trying to date a 2nd hand Charles Bay mouthpiece... even just the approximate era. I had one I bought new in the late 1980s that had quite different marking. This one has written on mouthpiece....

Bay Artist H2 Clarinet Mpc MOM
Hand-Finished & Play-Tested by Charles Bay, Jonathan Bay.

I'm hoping that last bit of information might help give an approximate date or era for this mouthpiece- I'm pretty sure my 1980s one had no mention of Jonathan, and earlier ones (1970s) were "Bay-Gale"???

I studied with Charlie in the late 80's and early 90's. Bay-Gale preceded my time with him. Jonathan came on board later and is still involved. You could give them a call. I'm sure they'd be willing to help, but you might have to be persistent to get a response.
