Yes, for some players it is a problem but for many it's not. If you need a quick breath the place to grab one is after the last high C 8th note five before letter B. You can grab a quick short breath to get you to the end without notice. Bobs suggestion of leaving out the last tutti note is a good idea as well. Make sure you take a deep low breath in any case.
