Are you reading this correctly?
I've been a professional for 45 years, have performed quite a bit of contemporary music and have never seen this. I just searched on several sites to see if there was a definition, to no avail.
Perhaps this is a marking unique to this composer. If he/she is still alive, I would recommend trying to contact them.
Maybe it's an abbreviation for "resonance trills" where you alternate different fingerings for the same note. Is the composer French? (reson = resonance)

They must be resonance trills then since When i hear them played they are very interesting sounding. i also looked at the other composers music and it also says reson trill but its marked as resonance trills so thats what they must be. The composer is American and is Alive and well.

Note the dot after "reson".
It is an abbreviation for resonance.

One reason that no one has answered your question is that it will be a different answer for every note- and for altissimo notes different fingerings will work for different clarinets/players.
I'll look at those examples later tonight and see if I can offer any helpful suggestions

The other problem is that almost any "resonance trill" will also involve a slight pitch change, so it will often end up being a "microtone trill" rather than a true resonance trill.
As an example- for the high A are you adding the E/B key or the Aflat/Eflat key? whichever one you are using, trill by alternating between these two little finger keys, this will give a small change in tone quality, but probably also a pitch change.

. the F6 one i find to be interresting because on just the clarinet score it says "Reson" above it. but on the piano score with the clarinet part above it it says "trill to the "a" above."
