Are you reading this correctly?

I've been a professional for 45 years, have performed quite a bit of contemporary music and have never seen this. I just searched on several sites to see if there was a definition, to no avail.

Perhaps this is a marking unique to this composer. If he/she is still alive, I would recommend trying to contact them.

Maybe it's an abbreviation for "resonance trills" where you alternate different fingerings for the same note. Is the composer French? (reson = resonance)
