I managed to get a spare bell and barrel for my 10s from John Weir in Toronto. He had some NOS parts sitting around. Talk to techs who've been in business for a while; you never know what they might have lurking in their parts bin.

Morrie Backun in Vancouver often has various NOS Selmer bells, for sale on ebay.
