I'm searching for a neck strap that will fit my Bundy bass clarinet. The hook on the thumbrest is rather small (and the one a few inches above not much bigger), so my saxophone strap won't work. I'm playing a band piece where I need to be standing as a soloist (actually, part of a solo section with a few tubas and a bari sax), so my peg becomes moot. It doesn't matter if the neck strap has one hook or two, though since I have two connection points, I'm betting that a strap with two hooks will work out better. I looked through prior posts, but couldn't find anything specific to a Bundy bass.
Thanks

I had exactly the same situation you're facing. Here's what I did: I put a small keyring through the hole in the thumbrest, and hooked my sax sling to that.
I returned the bass to the owners years ago, but came across it again recently. My keyring is still dangling there :-)

Depending on your height and the height of your chair, if you are standing at your chair rather than in front of the group, you might be able to rest the bell on the chair and play.
