I'd recommend a Wiseman quad case (wisemancases.com). They're neither cheap nor light but do protect the instruments very well. I use one for my Eb, C, Bb & A.
Custom inserts to fit 'non-standard' instruments (full Boehm Bb and A in my case) are available.

Contact Fred at www.caseclosed.com. He made a custom case for my full Boehm Bb and Eb. Excellent quality and price.

Roger - you could contact Emily at http://www.dillpicklegear.com
She is designing a custom backpack case (with my input) that will hold around 10 classical clarinets (boxwood) and chalumeaux that will end up looking something like this:

I give Wiseman a vote here too. I know he makes cases for a bass clarinet that would carry two others and I've heard he makes one that will carry a bass, A, Bb and Eb, not positive about that though. As far as being too heavy, a bass and two clarinet will be lighter than the four you want. I just don't understand why you would want them all in one case. My Wiseman is made for a bass and one clarinet but i carry a portable bass stand in it instead of a clarinet. I carry my clarinets in my double case so I don't always have to transfer them when I don't need my bass.

I have the Wiseman carbon fiber bass/A/Bb/Eb case. It is very sturdy and light (the case itself weighing on at around 3lbs). I have been very happy with it, and have been able use it for a carry on in air travel with no problem.
It has a system that suspends the clarinets in the tube, so you could inquire if the inside could be customized to your needs. It is a custom order kind of case.
