Lefevre Methode download

Hello,

I found a posting here from 2006 linking a PDF download of Lefevre's 1802 clarinet method at the UNT library. However, that link no longer works.

So I found this currently working link at the Bavarian State Library:

The Bavarian State Library (Beyerische StaatsBibliothek) has a great collection http://www.bsb-muenchen.de/Bayerische-Staatsbibliothek-Bavarian-State-Library.14+M57d0acf4f16.0.html, but I can't find PDF download links for other items in their collection. Do you know a way?
