No way it will ever be worth more than $100, even restored, so Bob's offer is a really good one, IMO

Quite a few of the older european clarinets (even student/intermediate level) had beautiful grenadilla, finer than what I've seen on the newer professional clarinets. Unfortunatly that doesn't do much for present day value.
