Band Arrangement

Does anyone know of a band arrangement for Weber's Second Concerto for Clarinet?

A friend of mine put together one that he did using Sebelius. I was to perform it but scheduling constraints made this impossible. I'm not sure if it has ever been "field tested."

Neither No 1 nor No 2 is easy to find.
http://www.sibeliusmusic.com/index.php?sm=home.score&scoreID=58359 is the only one I found for No 2. We didn't purchase it (I'm the band librarian) - so I have no idea whether it is any good - but went for No 1 instead, where there are a couple of arrangements available from normal publishers.
