I prefer the Bliss models, not only is the 320 (and entire series in general) a decent instrument for your skill level, but it will most likely be satisfactory for many years to come. I play a bliss 210 (the all wood instrument) and love it, I haven't played a 320 yet but I've heard mainly good things about it.
See if you can find a way to "test drive" a few clarinets (bliss models, etc) and get a feel for them. Keep in mind mouthpieces make a huge difference to how they "feel" but you can get a pretty good picture.
I noticed the Bliss 210 seems to be quite heavy. I need a neck strap with it. I don't know if the 320 is the same given the fact that it's plastic. Good luck!
