Only one of them is the Holton/Leblanc logo.
And while studying the one that ISN'T the Holton/Leblanc logo I now realise what it represents - although I already know what the Holton logo represents. They're both completely different things.

I remember when I first saw a Holton trombone with the logo on the weight I thought it was an Electrolux trombone. I also knew of King as a make of extractor and household fans before I knew they were an instrument maker - and seeing a King clarinet with the same logo as the extractor fan had was also funny.
