They wanted to avoid the possibility of mistakes- even a single wrong note would have thrown it into tonality.

Here is what the "infor" reveals:

For those of us that thought it was the real thing........you may be suffering from Van Goeh ear syndrome and should think about switching to the trombone.

Hey guys! I think it's funny that people still think this is real. I love the shred video and am honored by this tribute

Anyway for the record, not the original tape!! I personally enjoy the lush tone of the person playing my part and the awkward silences with the birds flying around
