Hello, I am a graduate student working on a research paper. I have not started yet and I am in the process of seeking resources. My paper will focus on how the Alexander Technique helps improve finger dexterity in clarinet performance. Any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated.

In "The Alexander Technique" book, didn't you notice the suggested reading list for other related books contained on pp. 166 - 168?

There's a book called "Indirect Procedures" by someone...I think his name is Pedro Del alcantra

However, I could have made that name up...

Its all about Alexander Technique in relation to music practice (he is a cellist).
