LeBLANC USA L7165 Eb ALTO CLARINET
Author: Alex76

Somebody knows something about this instrument?
It is a good instrument?
It is recommendable, or it is a true headache?
I need to buy a economic alto clarinet with a good sound and pitch.
If the Leblanc USA L7165 Eb ALTO CLARINET is not a good election, which alto clarinet can recommend you by a similar price?
Thanks.

Hi Alex76, my grandson's name is also Alex ! We are discussing some "issues" in this other A C thread which might interest you. On back, I had a Leblanc alto [vintage 1960-70, earlier? than a 7165?] and personally preferred my Selmer-Paris to it, for "tonal" reasons. A Buffet alto of about 1960 vintage was favorably mentioned above. Luck, Don

Thanx, Mark, Don

Thanks Don for your comments, I have read the other thread and I have found information very interesting, although I have not found an answer to my initial question still.

thanks

Alex
