Go to your music librarian, whose job is to help you find information like this.
If you're not in college, go to Baker's and Grove and then to the references cited there.
If you are in college, look through the program notes for senior recitals. The Sutermeister is a popular piece that has undoubtedly been performed several times. Also look at liner notes on recordings.

In addition to Ken Shaw's excellent suggestions, you could try writing your own analysis of the work.
After all, you spent the time learning the piece and should be intimately familiar with its structure and form...GBK

The piece was written for the Geneva Competition. Can't quite remember when, i think it was the 40s or 50s.
