most of the woodwind specialist stores (ie Weiner/Muncy/formerly IMS) will not send international orders by "normal mail" but instead will only use UPS or similar courier services.
For instance, when i used to order Zinner Blanks from IMS i would have to pay between $30 and $40 US$ shipping on two or three mouthpieces, despite the fact that US Postal service would only charge $10 for the same service. I remember Weiner changed this policy, then went back to it (Weiner now have a $100 minimum for international orders- with Discount reeds you can just order 2 or three boxes, and the postage is often less than $10!!)
