I usually try to change equipment between seasons, when I have at least a few weeks before playing in public.
The mouthpiece is probably promising, as near as I can tell from a picture, but if the marks on the left rail are nicks and not just dirt, you'll probably want to have it refaced. (No, I'm not looking for business: I generally avoid doing refacing at this time of year.)
Most of the Chedevilles I've worked on (probably 50-60 by now) have been one line up, two down.
