 Extreme Embouchure problem

OK! I Have just about had enough with this. I had to miss 4 days of practicing because of the hurricane, getting ready for it and putting everything back.
MY EMBOUCHURE has offically stopped working! My lower lip is making an upward motion and it's causing me to have a grunt looking Embouchure . I can't control it. I can keep it steady for a few seconds and then for no voluntary reason it moves! I don't understand and I'm beinning to get so frustrated because its causing me to bite and its causing other major issues. I don't know if what it is. Is it that my reeds are hard? I don't get it. This makes no sense and I feel like I'm wasting my time. I can't practice, because it's too painful. I'm having major issues with this and it has to be solved now. I don't know what else to say, I'm really mad right now about this.

4 days isn't long enough to lose anything... look for something else, possibly stress.

"Have to solve now" is probably adding to the stress ...

FWIW I squeak a lot (more) when my thoughts are still occupied with work...

And there definitely are "bad air" days. Put the instrument away, go out for a walk, ask the missus if she's got something useful to do for you, ...
Retry when your mind is clear.
