Does anyone know if this is written for a Bb clarinet or an A clarinet? On the database here it says its for Bb clarinet but on one of the websites I found the sheet music on it said clarinet in A.
Also, does anyone know which publication is best for this piece and where I can get it? My friend plays flute and we think it could be fun to play.

It is for A clarinet. As to which publication is best, I don't know. I'm sure there are people on this BB who have played from several different versions and can offer their opinions.

I'm working on this for an upcoming recital in January. We bought the International Music edition, and it matches exactly with a recording I have. It is indeed for A clarinet.
BTW, if you search Sheet Music Plus for it, spell it "Tarantelle." It's available for $17.75 USD.

I have the Durand edition (D.S & Cie 3481)
My copy is on the over sized paper stock that Durand used for many of its publications. (Premiere Rhapsody, Mule saxophone transcriptions of Bach, Handel, etc...)
The quality of the paper is, shall we say, marginal. It seemingly disintegrates before your eyes.
There may be a newer Durand reprint on better quality stock...GBK
