Actually, the title pretty much says it all. I'm looking to do a solo with the concert band at my university and am having trouble finding ones to look at. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Transcriptions of orchestra accompaniments are most welcome. Also please include an estimate of difficulty of the band parts. Thanks.

Philip Sparke - Clarinet Concerto
he's written many fine pieces for the wind ensemble genre and has this piece as well. the band parts are not terribly difficult but there are a lot of syncopated rhythms that can easily throw off a polished wind group. if this is for a college ensemble it shouldn't be too bad. great tonal solo clarinet part too!

Definitely peruse those old threads, and the links to more old threads. This is a redundant topic.
However, a few that I enjoyed:
Warren Barker: Concertino for Clarinet and Band (I don't know about the band, but the clarinet part is probably a 5)
Louis Cahuzac: Veriations sur un Air du Pays d'Oc ( gr. 6 solo, again ?? band)
Carl Maria von Weber: Introduction, Theme, and Variations (6/4)
John Heins: Concerto for Clarinet and Band (6/6--extremely difficult solo and band part)
Heinrich Crussell: Introduction and Variations on a Swedish Air (5/4)
Morton Gould: Derivations for Clarinet and Band (??)
Hardy Mertens: Concerto for Clarinet and Band (6/5)
Andreas Makris: Intrigues (6/5)
And of course all of your standard concerti are arranged for clarinet and band too.

"A tribute to lionel" by Andre Waignein, is actually written for vibraphone and band, but includes a optional clari solo part instead of the vibes. Its pretty boring for some of the band parts...there a farily big section that our band didnt like coz it was just me, the tubby and the snare, but its an awesome piece, i know the 1st trumpet part goes fairly high (or was that just our lead showing off?) but the band part isnt too hard. The clari part goes up to a high A, but since i learnt it in a week of band camp, we cut that section :S, id never played that note in public before!
