I think you played too much. I have done tough playing like opera concerts and orchestra concerts in a row (both pieces were big for my clarinet part) and playing Mahler symphony (very demanding, you know....). After these tough jobs, my mouth feels exactly like you do. The best thing you can do is to take a rest. Try to find a time to take a rest and try not to practice too much.
