Cracked 5 months old vintage R13 Clarinet

My teacher bought clarinet for me form Muncywinds five months ago.
Now I have to study at Austria. Yesterday I just noticed that my clarinet was crack. I called to Muncy...they said I should send it back and let they see it first. If they can repair they will repair but if cannot they will replace the new one for me. But I dont want to send it for repair. Coz the shipping fee is more expensive than repair here (Austria). Actually I want the new one. I asked them about changing for the new one directly from Buffet at France. Because It's easy to go to France from Austria and I have to meet my cousin there too (maybe next month). So they said they have to ask the BUFFET first and now I should wait for the mail from them ( I think it maybe take quite long time so i will ask you guy first). Do you guy think it's possible to do that. Please share your experience about change new one from cracked clarinet.
