Hi

Don't know about a Carl Fischer ed, but Opperman had his own version (I believe).
It was required study while I was at Hartt in the late 60's.
He provided students with xerox copies and it was transposed from Paganini.
Cohler has a CD wherein he plays it but don't know which ed.
