Sorry to be a nit-picker, but the train-hopping clarinetist mentioned in the article was Henri Akoka.

I went for a performance of Messiaen's quartet last week (Chatelet, Paris). This is such a beauty! The clarinettist was Paul Meyer, one of my favourite. Thanks for the article Ken.
