Does anyone know of any clarinet duet arrangements made for any portion of Mozart's clarinet concerto?

I can honestly say that there are, as I have played on in the past. I am sorry that I cannot give you anything more exact, except to say that there are some out there. I played it off a friend's part about 2 years ago. It was a good arrangement. Sorry that I cannot remember the publisher. Perhaps you could check out www.luybenmusic.com. They seem to have a lot of stuff. Perhaps Eble Music might as well. Good luck in your search.

and when you find it, would you let me know? i'd love to have a duet version also.
my recent obsession has been with collecting duets for clarinets!

Actually, could you post it so we ALL can know? I'm curious myself! I'd love to have a cool duet like that!

Go to the Sonus Music website at http://sonusmusic.com/clarinetduet.asp. They sell an excellent duet version of the complete concerto, along with duet arrangements of the Mozart Quintet and Trio, and the Brahms Quintet. While it certainly is not like playing with an orchestra or even piano, the accompaniment to the Mozart Concerto is such an integral part of the work, that I almost always end up using the duet version when working on this with students.
