As I mentioned in my Nielsen question, I have a growing clarinet recording collection. I'm really proud of all the recordings I've acquired thus far, but it's sort of intimidating when I realize I've probably barely scratched the surface of all the music out there, So my question is, in everyone's opinion, what is a recording that any clarinetist shouldn't be without? (feel free to list as many titles as you want!).
For me, a couple that I've found to be essential to me are:
Stoltzman's "The Essential Clarinet" -
with Copland, Corigliano, Stravinsky, & Bernstein... Despite any controversty surrounding Stoltzman's interpretive choices, I have to say his Copland is above and beyond any other I've heard.
Solos de Concours by Victoria Soames -
I bought this CD because it had Bucolique on it, but it has a lot of lesser recorded pieces that are really great, and very well performed.
French Clarinet Art, Paul Meyer
Has an excellent "Premiere Rhapsody" and Poulenc Sonata, as well as many other great pieces (Milhaud's Sonatine is one of my all time faves!)
These are just a few (I could go on for pages about good recordings). Let me know which ones you've found to be really important to you!

An addition...
Just released by Boston Records, "The Legacy of Daniel Bonade" as compiled by Larry Guy (who SHOULD be more famous, way he plays!)...
Muncy Winds has this, or <www.bostonrecords.com>
It includes orchestral exerpts (early recordings, so the sound can be obscured by some minor artifacts) of many famous clarinet passages.

in my opinion everyone should have the Marcellus version of the Clarinet Concerto(Mozart)

Is there a "canonized" version of the Mozart Quintet akin to Marcellus' recording of K622? The only ones I've heard are Harold Wright's and David Shifrin's, both of which are fine but neither of which grab you like Marcellus.f
