It is doubtful that you can get anything decent for that price. Adjustments are fine and critical on oboes and most shops do not know much about the fine adjustments which make the low notes play . I have had good luck with the cheapest model Yamahas but bargains are no longer common on ebay as people realize they are easy blowing, sweet sounding horns. Like Chris said they have minimal keys as do the other choices he mentioned.
