What about low D - is THAT sharp? That is the fundamental note of your instrument. If it is sharp, something is badly wrong either with your instrument or your reeds, or both.
[There are instruments out there that are tuned sharp, especially v. old instruments from 60-70 years ago or more]
If your low D is in tune, things get more interesting :-) Practice long, long crescendos/decrescendos on low D, with full support. FULL support. Do this for AGES, until you cannot imagine playing a low D in any other way.
Gradually add other notes, always starting on the D and returning to the D, and THINKING D the whole time. The support you give for that low D - that is the support you need for EVERY NOTE ON THE INSTRUMENT.
