I recently acquired the book and love the CD tons. I really like his analogy of the train on the tracks and "riding the wind." It really is a must have and very inspiring. Takes a few listens but eventually you understand what he's saying. I have that CD on repeat in my car and have been listening to it for weeks now. LOL.

I haven't started reading the book itself yet...it's VERY long...but looking forward to learning more about this guy.
