Hello
I hope it is ok to ask this on the forum. Does anyone know if there is a problem with Muncy Winds? I ordered something from them and asked if it was in stock because I had to receive the item until a certain date. I got email confirmation but no reply from them, so I emailed them and never got a reply. I emailed again and never got a reply again. The first email was about a week after the order, and the second one another week after.
I know my email is fine because I receive emails no problem from many people.
Thanks
Nitai

Call them....you know...a telephone.
Old fashioned but effective.
Ask for Pam. She is helpful

And expensive from Israel. Why say you offer email if you don't answer it?

I have never had any problem with Muncy. I have always found their service to be top notch.

Dear Nitai,
Try: pam@muncywinds.com
I have usually had the very best service from Muncy which pretty much has EVERYTHING. There was a brief mix up once with a wrong sized ligature and my address listed several different ways on their computer, but I would give them the highest recommendation for parts and service in the US.

Maybe I should add that I'm asking this because I did order from Muncy before and had no problems with the order or response by email. This is why I was wondering if something happened lately (a problem with their email or something).
Thanks for the sarcastic advice to call them, but there are several reasons that I prefer to use email, and like Mark wrote they offer email (and by the way the toll free number is only in USA).
I will try email to Pam, thank you!

Hi everyone,
Muncy Winds is still going strong. We have experienced new computer email updates, and still as of this date can not retrieve anything from info@muncywinds.com so if you need to reach us, email me direct at pam@muncywinds.com for the next week. Sorry for the confusion.

As do I. A written record of what was said/promised is invaluable, even if only in electronic format.

Definitely. Especially when dealing with businesses that sell crooks and spit balls.

Sure, but for me it is mainly because it's a foreign language and with email I have time to make sure I understand and have time to carefully notice what I write. It is just more comfortable this way (calling isn't really expensive actually).
So anyway like I thought it was a problem with their email so I emailed directly to Pam and everything is resolved.
Thanks!

Yes, I also email Pam directly. And, she did offer an explanation of the problem, so now we know.
