Try playing the G and G# with the side octave key. If that fixes the problem, then your thumb octave vent is causing the problem....it could be dirty or damaged and needs attention by a competent repair tech.
If the G and G# do not improve with the side octave key, then the culprit is you and/or a lack of support. You might be using reeds that are too open, or not employing a firm enough embouchure, or not blowing hard enough. In any case, the problem stems from lack of air speed based on one or more of the above.
