HELP!!! My oboe just stopped working!
Author: MsFish

I was in school today so my oboe may have been knocked around a little bit, but I'm not sure. Anyways, I pulled it out to start playing and the fingerings for A and Bb BOTH sounded like a Bb. Then I thought that the two extremely small valves between the first three keys. I mean, aren't those keys supposed to rest at a down position? I don't want to tinker with it in case I make it worse though...
HELP!!! Please, this is a brand new school instrument and I don't want to have to pay for a new one and/or get switched to a crappy one!

EDIT: Oh, and I used to be able to get amazing range extremely easily, but now it is hard to get out even a low D! (Plus it's impossible to get the high F out)
