O.K.,
four and a half months after my first You-Tube presentation, much experience gained on sound recording an oboe and an average of 30 minutes a day practicing...

Comments, observations and suggestions (friendly or no) are very welcome... trash away!
Conclusions:
1. I cannot imagine being a music performance student without OFTEN recording myself... how revealing!
2. More effort on MIDI accompaniment might be more flattering....
3. Was it GoodWinds or WoodwindOZ who suggested concentrating on my IN-breathing (open mouth, no staple) when doing excercises? I think she's right and that might account for some of the sagging notes... tight abdomen!
4. need to relax the rhythm/tempo as I had predicted so long ago!
5. PHYSIOTHERAPY IS MIRACULOUS! Actually can't be noticed in this melody, but perhaps in the next: evenness and fluidity of technical passages MUCH easier than in the last 20 years!
But overall, I think there has been important improvement. Still, I find these melodies harder to sustain than long baroque technical passages.... am I just weird? I guess I really need more than 30 minutes a day to get back the lip strength.
